Erin Haneline and her husband Matthew have 4 children. Cora (7), Charlotte (4), Matthew Jr. "Mack" (2) and William (1). They have been married for 11 years and besides 2 seasons of living in Atlanta they have been thankful to call Charlotte home. Erin graduated from the University of Richmond in 2003 with a BA in Rhetoric & Communication Studies. Prior to being a full-time Mama, Erin enjoyed working as a personal assistant and for Simplicity, as a professional organizer. Erin loves to exercise, she loves to cook and host people in her home and also really loves being a part of her church community at Hope.
Dowd loves being involved in non-profit ventures. Prior to founding The Oaks, Dowd served on the board of the PGA TOUR Wives Association, a non-profit organization that serves and helps families and children in need. She also held the title of Executive Assistant to owner and director of Art Within, a non-profit organization that creates scripts for the stage and screen, showing truth and inspiring hope to generations young and old. She graduated with a bachelor of arts from Wake Forest University, specializing in Theatre and Communications. She has spent many years performing on the stage and can be seen in a handful of feature films. However, today, her heart is full with the love she has for her five children, James, Willow, Winnie, Mercy, and Eden, and devoted to her husband and the love of her life, Webb.
Heidi Nejezchleb Tringali is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in pediatric school-based Occupational Therapy services. Heidi works individually with children, provides support and education to families, and consultation to faculty to ensure that each child’s fullest potential is realized. Heidi is passionate about maximizing the individual potential in every child. It is her goal to ensure that all children are able to give their optimum performance in the classroom environment. Heidi pursues her passion by working with individual children and families, speaking to teachers and parents, and consulting on school curricula. Heidi holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Special Education and Psychology from Hastings College and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. She has practiced as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. Prior to starting her private practice, Heidi worked in a variety of pediatric, geriatric and psychiatric settings. She specialized in clinical education, program development, and pediatric therapy services. She is certified in Handwriting Without Tears and has specialized training in sensory processing disorders, visual motor deficit treatment, and handwriting.
Heidi is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is a member of AOTA and holds a national certification with NBCOT.
Greg Keith is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Keith Corporation (TKC), which he and his father founded in 1989. Greg’s real estate career, spanning over 30 years, has afforded him the experience of completing over 300 development projects, more than 23 million square feet, valued in excess of $2.5 billion. These development projects include office, industrial, retail, and medical throughout 34 states, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. In addition, TKC manages over 9 million square feet of space across the country.
Mr. Keith has served as a board member, director, or chairman for numerous organizations and various Christian ministries throughout the country. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Law Degree from Wake Forest University.
India graduated from Wake Forest University in 1977 with a BA in History. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from T. C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, VA, practicing for 30 years in corporate and real estate law. India is a past chair of the Harris YMCA Board of Managers, has served on the Charlotte Metro YMCA board and numerous other committees within the Y organization. As an active alumna of Wake Forest, India has served on the President’s Council, the Alumni Council along with various other committees. She is the current Co-Chair of Hope Out Loud, a non-profit organization that spreads the word of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. India and her husband, Greg, have five children and eight grandchildren with a ninth grandchild arriving in December, 2019. Retired from practicing law, India enjoys spending quality time with her precious grandchildren whom she loves spoiling and then sending back to their parents.
